International human rights day marked in Kashmir

Protests, seminars and conferences marked the international human rights day observed across the globe on December 10. In Kashmir the day was started with the silent protest by APDP. here. Chairperson APDP, Parveena Ahangar reiterated her demand of setting up an independent commission to look into the issue of enforced disappearances. “We don’t want money or jobs, we want to know the whereabouts of our dear ones,” Ahangar said in her speech.
